BREAKDOWN OF A 5-STAGE UNDER-COUNTER REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) UNIT

1. Sediment Filter: Removes larger particles like sand and rust.

2. Carbon Filter: Eliminates chlorine, pesticides, and organic compounds.

3. Reverse Osmosis Membrane: Removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, and viruses.

4. Post-Carbon Filter: Enhances taste and removes residual odors.

5. Final Polishing Filter: Ensures water is clean and free from impurities.

Overall, it delivers high-quality purified water for various household uses, making it a popular choice for tap water filtration.

OUR WATER TREATMENT CUSTOMER-ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS (CES)

Here are some key aspects of our Water Treatment CES:

1. Integrated Water Treatment Plant Design and Project Management: We offer expertise in designing and managing water treatment plants for various applications, including industrial water, potable water, and wastewater treatment.

2. Front-end Design Packages: involves the initial conceptualization and planning stages of a water treatment project. This includes conducting feasibility studies, evaluating different treatment
technologies, and developing a comprehensive design basis for the project.

3. Water and Salt Balance Studies: to optimize water reuse and recycling objectives. These studies analyze the water inputs, outputs, and losses within a system to identify opportunities for
minimizing water consumption and maximizing recycling.

4. Pilot Plant Studies: Before implementing a full-scale water treatment plant, we may recommend conducting pilot plant studies. These studies involve building and testing a small-scale version of the treatment process to assess its efficiency, effectiveness, and operational parameters. Pilot plant studies help in fine-tuning the design and ensuring optimal performance before proceeding with larger investments.

5. Turnkey Projects: including “Build-for-sale” and “Build, Own & Operate” models. In the “Build-for-sale” model, CES designs and constructs the water treatment plant for the customer’s specific requirements, and then transfers ownership upon completion. In the “Build, Own & Operate” model, this CES not only builds and owns the plant but also operates and maintains it on behalf of the customer.
